It was our pleasure working with Jason. He always looked out for us, being our first home purchase we didnt know anything about what to look for in a house and he always made sureto tell us the state of the hvac or heater or the roof...Things that he knew a house would need and that would be costly and that we would forget to inspect. He has kids too so he understood that we had to stop and get meals for the girls and didnt mind sitting in a mc Donald's with us. One time I also went looking for houses with the girls without my husband and Jason took matter into his own hands and helped me with my daughters. That spoke highly of his character as a person. My daughters even got close to him. My one year old would go and hug him and my 4 year old would ask if we were going with Jason every time we would get in the car. We absolutely loved working with him. I highly recommend him, besides being an extraordinary person he is highly knowledgeable in his area, he has been doing this for a long time and his experience is demonstrated through out the whole process. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend working with Jason. We were moving from Chicago to Dallas in 2021, during a very seller-friendly time in the Texas market. Our search was complicated by the fact that we were searching from a different state, were unfamiliar with Dallas, and were first time home buyers. Jason is very knowledgeable about the Dallas area, about different types of homes/townhomes and about what to watch out for as a first-time buyer. We had a lot of questions about the home buying process and we ended up seeing dozens of homes across Dallas and the near north and near west suburbs with Jason because we didn’t know what the Dallas market had to offer or where we wanted to live. Jason was patient with us as we searched; he fielded every question we had with professionalism and candor talking through not only the homes and neighborhoods themselves but also what to expect in the closing process. Jason also has some past experience in construction and in personally flipping homes and that was helpful for us as we talked through the ballpark costs and realities of certain home repairs or remodeling.Jason was quick in setting up appointments, responsive to back-and-forth communication and on the rare occasion when he couldn’t show us a home personally, he set up a member of his team to take us during our preferred time, which was key for us because we were searching during limited windows when we came into town.
